Introducing the Herb Rub Onglet – a cut of meat praised by meat enthusiasts, Oriole’s chefs add their own special twist to the onglet cut or hanger steak to bring it to its full flavour potential. It is spiced up with a curated mix of rosemary, tarragon, and oregano, then marinated and cooked sous vide to perfection for 3 hours. Together with a sweet onion sauce, it is truly a crowd pleaser.
Then, dig into the Meat O’ Feast, a delectable mix of curated meats made for sharing. You are guaranteed a satisfying, filling meal with a rack of beef short ribs cooked sous vide for 16 hours, succulent Bratwurst sausages and chicken legs packed with flavour, brined in cinnamon and star anise for 3 hours. Finally, you may opt to whet your appetite with Oriole’s iconic sweet potato fries and coleslaw.
