To celebrate Ramadan, Malaysian Celebrity Chef Wan will be partnering with Ginger at PARKROYAL on Beach Road to showcase the best of Malaysia’s Palace Cuisine through 4 iconic dishes, Ayam Percik Kelantan, Kuzi Kambing Johor, Rendang Udang Galah Perak and Laksa Johor.
In 2010, Chef Wan became the first celebrity chef in Malaysia to be bestowed the title of Datuk by King Yang Di-Pertuan Agong. Diners can look forward to a taste of Malaysia fit for royalty! Armed with recipes learnt while cooking at the various sultanates, Chef Wan features heritage recipes from the different states.
Enjoy a taste of home with Chef Wan’s tribute to his grandma’s rendition of Kerabu Mee Hoon Nyonya! For the first time in five years, Chef Wan returns to Singapore bringing with him royal recipes that are not commonly found in Singapore.
Available from 5 March to 30 April 2023, the dishes promise an authentic taste of Malay royalty as served in palaces. While here, he will also be hosting live cooking demonstrations on 12 March 2023.
