From 1st August to 30th September, Menya Kokoro is putting a spin on your favourite Singapore dishes with influences from the land of the rising sun.
Spice lovers are especially in luck; feast your eyes and bring on the heat to your taste buds with the two Mazesoba specials. The Soft Shell Crab Kani Mazesoba has deep-fried tempura softshell crab and mantou, and shredded crab meat along with a sizeable serving of Menya Kokoro’s own Original Chili Crab sauce. The bowl of their signature noodles is served with a flowy onsen egg, toibiko, crunchy crabmeat tempura flakes, negi and shredded nori sprinkled on top of it.
The Uma-kara Laska Mazesoba, a dry laksa dish, has a pair of golden-battered tempura ebi, sliced inari skin, beansprouts, shredded cucumber, and also, a flowy onsen egg, and on top of all that, features Menya Kokoro’s Signature Minced Meat.
