The perfectly cooked golden-brown quinoa patty is packed with a mix of quinoa and breadcrumbs coated in 2 cheeses- Grana Padano and Feta. To complement these flavours, it is served with a refreshing arugula and red radish side.

Nestled between fluffy potato buns is grilled Haloumi cheese with lightly charred eggplant, fresh lettuce, and a zesty tomato chutney.
