This year, Chef Marvas Ng has revealed two prix fixe dinner menus, a six course titled Voyage and an eight-course named Expedition. They tell the story of exploration into new frontiers. Path’s new menus is a mouth-watering manifestation of Chef Marvas Ng’s memories, experiences and inspirations over the past year. These include his victory in the Culinary World Cup 2022 as part of the Singapore team.
A sneak peek into the delectable courses would be the Pork Trotter “Crepinette”. A golden sphere surrounded by a rich dark sauce and delicately topped with micro-greens, it is truly a feast for the senses! This dish pays tribute to a beloved childhood flavour – Hakka Braised Pork Belly with Preserved Vegetables – through a classic French technique where pork is wrapped with caul fat and pan-fried.
To complement the food, wine pairings are available as add-ons with the prix fixe menus, a collaboration with sister company 1855 The Bottle Shop.
