Usher in this jolly Christmas with two newly-introduced tart confections from Fanntasy by Fann Wong.

French and Italian in origin, made with a buttery almond sable base and containing a hazelnut and feuilletine praline shards filling, the Chestnut Mont Blanc Tart is topped off with a smooth chestnut cream with piped chestnut purée, meant to elicit a fireplace-side feeling.

The latter of the two traces back to the Southern United States. Containing an incredibly rich nutty make and flavour, seamlessly integrated with a savoury burnt butter and pecan sponge at its core and further enhanced with caramel pecan filling, this luscious mix boasts a topping of almond halves and coffee glaze to even out the overall taste.
