The Gyu Bar is delighted to introduce their NEW 9-course Wagyu Omakase ($238++ per person; 24-hour advance notice required for reservation): lovingly curated for serious beef connoisseurs. 

Diners are whisked away on a journey to eat through 7 different prefectures of Japan—from Furano in the north to Kagoshima in the south. Highlights from the course include: world-renowned Miyazakigyu, lauded for its intense marbling, deep flavour and incredible tenderness, served yakiniku-style; and Sanuki Olive Wagyu known as one of the rarest wagyu in the world, served in shabu shabu to accentuate its rich umami flavour.

To top it all off, diners can be assured that no expense will be spared to in order to ensure the most exceptional gastronomical experience. The Gyu Bar prides itself on service that is entrenched in the heart of Japanese hospitality—omotenashi. Dinner guests are invited to select their sake glass from the owners’ prized 150-piece personal collection, and their first drink is on the house. As for the food, yakiniku is served with no less than 5 house-made condiments; shabu shabu with 6, and cooking assistance is offered at the diners’ request and convenience.

If the 9-course Omakase is not for you, The Gyu Bar also offers a wide selection of other menus: a 5-course executive lunch, lunch sets and other à-la-carte dishes.
