With Christmas just round the corner, Path has recently unveiled their festive menu, available for dinner between 22nd to 25th December 2022. This specially curated menu was inspired by Chef Marvas’ vision of warmth and contentment during a wintery Christmas; coupled with his love of Asian flavours and luxurious ingredients mixed with French culinary techniques.
At this modern Asian restaurant, its Christmas celebration will start off with Chef Marvas’ Canapes appetizer, followed by delightful mains such as the French Arctic Char, Australian Wagyu Beef Tartare, BBQ Quail Drumlet, Shanghainese Hairy Crab Roe, as well as the Braised Australian Wagyu Short Rib.
To wrap up the night, you will be served a delectable dessert – the Christmas Bauble – a sweet and spicy edible sphere of malt whiskey ice cream, nuts and chocolate.
