Available for a limited period only, from 1 to 30 August 2021, this Sofa Menu features dishes that pay homage to Singapore’s local flavours, and also showcases the harmonious blend of Eastern and Western palates.
Just like its namesake, the Sofa Menu boasts an array of savouries and desserts, all purposefully created and designed to be enjoyed easily, from the warm comfort of your sofa.
Expect familiar, yet elevated flavours with delights like the Baguette with Ham and Hae Bee Hiam Mayo, a toasted baguette sandwich with sliced Pistachio Mortadella, finished with Hae Bee Hiam Mayo, Ebi and Salmon Roe. Another Singaporean classic with a twist is the Chilli Crab Tartlet, complete with house-made Chilli Crab sauce with Blue Crab and caviar, this is sure to be an indulgent treat.
Let’s not forget the crème de la crème of any meal—dessert! Tablescape’s Sofa Menu just gets better with their Dessert Platter that includes sweet little treats like Red Velvet Cheesecake, Chocolate Hazelnut Mousseline, Pralines, Éclairons (and more!) so you can end the night of festivities on an all time high.
