In a celebration of five years, Pâtisserie CLÉ, renowned for its specialty in French pastries, is unveiling its new flagship store at 415 River Valley Road. This prime location ensures easy access to their exquisite pastries and entremets, exclusively available for takeaway and delivery. Meanwhile, the upcoming Pâtisserie CLÉ café nestled in Dairy Farm, set to open mid-December, promises an enhanced dining experience within a serene residential enclave.

The Journey Behind Pâtisserie CLÉ

Co-founded by local pastry chefs Germaine Li and Joy Chiam, Pâtisserie CLÉ originated in 2018 from their shared passion for French pastry-making and a desire to infuse comforting flavours rooted in their Singaporean heritage. The duo’s journey began at the renowned culinary arts school, Ferrandi Paris, where their friendship flourished amid shared backgrounds and culinary passions.

Exquisite Offerings and New Creations

At their new River Valley flagship, indulge in exclusive delights like the Apple Nutmeg Cake paying homage to the area’s history as a nutmeg plantation and the Tropico Tart bursting with refreshing tropical fruit flavours. The Dairy Farm outlet unveils the adorable cow-shaped Moo, a nod to the area’s history as the world’s first tropical dairy farm. Additionally, patrons can savour signature tarts like the Orh Blanc Tart and the Sesame Passionfruit Tart, offering a delightful fusion of traditional and modern flavours.

Pâtisserie CLÉ’s expanded repertoire, available across both outlets, extends beyond classic entremets and tarts to include viennoiseries, savoury treats, and sumptuous cakes, enticing guests to embark on an exquisite culinary journey.
