Ristorante Piestrasanta’s goal of presenting affordable Tuscan cuisine to friends, not customers, is demonstrated by its authentic and comforting menu. Full of classic treats and Italian dishes, Ristorante Pietrasanta brings you on a food adventure to the streets of Tuscany! High quality ingredients are air-flown from Italy to ensure its handmade focaccias, hand-shaped pizzas and handcrafted pasta leave customers craving for more.

Ristorante Pietrasanta is observing the changing of the seasons and celebrates the turning to colder, more temperate temperatures with a new menu. With housemade sauces, imported hams, fresh greens and handmade pasta, each dish has an Italian touch of warmth and affection.

Beginning with starters like the Bruschetta Con Vongole E Pomodoro, it puts a unique twist on regular bruschetta with juicy clams cooked in rich tomato sauce and served with garlic parsley on top of grilled fresh bread. New pasta options are also available, including the iconic Pici Cacio E Pepe. Made of house-made pici pasta, doused in a rich sauce of fresh pecorino cheese, and generously seasoned with pepper, satisfaction is guaranteed for guests!

There is always room for dessert! Look forward to new desserts in the form of Profiterols, light and airy bigne puffs made from choux pastry, filled with daily churned milk gelato from its sister brand GelatiAmo and drizzled with indulgent chocolate sauce for a decadent end to your meal. Two new inclusions of dessert wines are also available to wash your meal down!
