Craft beer lovers, this one’s for you! Local craft brewery, Lion Brewery Co, is excited to present Thirty Six Brewlab & Smokehouse, a premium micro-brewery and restaurant. The welcoming space showcases an impressive display of state-of-the-art, on-site, 500-litre microbrewery and 23 taps that pour a selection of the finest craft beer.
Highlights from their Food Menu include the delicious Sticky Pork Ribs and Scotch Egg. For vegetarians, fret not – choose from the Wood Fired Cauliflower and Impossible Meat Burger, and more!
Finally, the star of the show – the Beer Menu, including Violet No-Regards, 36 Brewlab, the award-winning beer of 2021 that was inspired by Willy Wonka’s 3 Course Dinner Gum. This unique beer has a beautiful purple hue from the local butterfly-pea flower used in it.
Non-beer drinkers can also enjoy their time at the premise, as the bar also carries a wide selection of drinks ranging from fine wine, liquors, tea, coffee to soft drinks.
