Casa is the brainchild of Chef Remy Lefebvre, whose passion lies in bringing Mother Nature’s goodness to the fore, highlighting her ultimate providence by offering only the best Nature has to offer: line-caught fish, responsibly sourced seafood, organic and wild-foraged herbs, vegetables and fruits, traditionally farmed meat and a wide selection of bio-dynamic wines.
Nestled in stunning CHIJMES, Casa celebrates all the land and sea has to offer, meticulously prepared with ‘contemporary woodfire’, as coined by Chef Remy himself. With Casa, Chef Remy hopes to replicate the warmth and hospitality of home, and make his guests feel absolutely at ease, surrounded by Casa’s cosy and homely interior.
Casa offers several course menus for lunch and dinner, all served alongside snacks and petit fours: the 4-course Discovery Menu, 6-course Experience Menu and an 8-course Carte Blanche; as well as a lunch-time special executive 3-course menu Trust Me ($88).
On weekends, Casa serves a multi-course, fiesta-style brunch menu, complete with champagne. For beverages, guests can enjoy a Wine Arrangement or try a mix of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with a Mix Arrangement.
