May spring blossoms bloom in adversity. This is The Garage’s hope for all in the upcoming Year of the Ox, for it to be remembered as a year filled with bountiful blessings and happiness.

Lunar New Year Specials

Awaken your palate with The Garage’s Botanico Yusheng, which includes a choice of luxe Norwegian salmon or Hokkaido scallop atop a bed of unique and playful modern elements such as raw Japanese corn kernels, house-pickled celeriac and pomegranate seeds.

Continue on the gastronomic high with Botanico’s 5-course LNY Dinner.

Highlights include: Chickpea Tofu to start, topped with a savoury shrimp paste chilli jam, rough-chopped smoked aubergine, and garnished with peanuts, micro-coriander and housemade gold falafel crumbs. This is followed by a spin on the classic roast duck─ a five-spiced, crispy-skinned Duck Breast served alongside celeriac dauphinoise, luscious pan-seared foie gras and a punchy Sichuan pepper soy glaze. Finally, we reach a bittersweet end with the Roku Gin & Mandarin Sorbet, with floral osmanthus jelly to balance out the alcoholic sorbet, rounded off with seasonal fruits and barley to bring textures and natural fruity sweetness to the dessert.

Festive Cocktails

No Lunar New Year celebration is complete without a few drinks; make a toast to prosperity and wealth with Botanico’s auspicious festive gin cocktail Prosperity Orange, as well as Bee’s Knees’ limited-edition dark rum-based cocktail Lucky Lychee!
